Higher Materials applies strict testing standards and systematic inspection procedures at the production facilities in order to ensure that our products come with the highest quality in the industry. Our quality assurance program starts at the production facility level to our warehouse level where we store our products.

If any reason our products fail, due to the manufacturer’s product defects, we stand 100% behind our products. We make sure that our customers are well taken care of by replacing the defective product in a timely manner.

Every piece of 660 ft layflat HM Flex TPU Layflat hose with couplings on is hydro-tested before leaving the production facility. Testing results or certificates can be provided based on the customer’s request.
