HM HOSE CLEAN OUT BALLS (PIGGING)

MATERIAL : (NR) Natural Rubber, without artificial, lower strength rubber surrogates like (IR)Polyisoprene. ) Natural Rubber provides outstanding elongation, abrasion resistance, tear properties and recovery.

Designed to wipe, clean drill pipe, layflat hoses or tubing string clean of cement, fluids, or debris, and can be used to separate fluids. These balls can be put into layflat hose and travelled through multiple lengths of hose with pressured air by air compressors . Due to its spongy nature takes all water out from inside the hose and make layflat hose clean and get ready for retrieval process for the hydraulic reel system. It can be easily stretched while going over couplings or connection points where the inner wall of the hoses, pipes, or tubes is not smooth without being damaged.

Our cleaning balls is great for cleaning and maintaining your HM Flex TPU Layflat hose. These balls are used by most of our customers who loved them and made their life so much easier.

Our pigging balls are the best pigging product in the market. Not like a standard foam pigs. It is made of 100% natural rubber and can be used for multiple uses due to the strength of material. Different size of cleaning balls can be made per your specification.
